4. Website payment

Your can pay online through most of Canada’s major banks and trust companies.  Log on to your personal bank’s webpage and set us up as a “payee”. Please note that you have two accounts with us; one for water and the other for the annual parcel tax, so you will need to set up two payment accounts.  Depending on which bank you use, you may have to add an additional zero (0) at the front-end of your account number to meet their software needs.

Effective July 5th 2012 the Royal Bank has added NSSWD to their list of payees for the convience of their customers.

Please note that on your January 2013 parcel tax assessment/invoice the Roll # is your Account # – drop the 764 prefix when signing up online and don’t use the period.

Click here for a list of banks and instructions on how to set up your account.

5. Telephone payment

Bills can be paid using the telephone banking system.

Note:  We appreciate that occasionally a ratepayer may experience difficulty in paying their bills.  Please call our Office Manager, Anne Williams, to discuss payment terms.
